Maybe Likes not saved?

I've had this now a few times that I liked a Picture and when I came back it wasn't saved in some case I had to like it 3times.
Now my Thank You , should have 10 or more likes at least when it comes to notification but maybe they all unliked it ?
An Idea would be that only those 4 likes got saved from those who commented like commenting would force saving?
