The image appears to be a custom model of a Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) inspired by the transforming robot "Transformer" from the car. The "Transformer" is said to originate from the toy series "Daiatron" and "Microman" released by the Japanese toy maker "Takara" (now Takara Tomy) in the late 1970s. The gimmick of a car transforming into a robot is a feature. Texts such as "575V" and "WESAN" can be seen on the car body.
