生成时间过长的问题

Previously, it took about 3 minutes on average, but recently (since September?), I believe you are aware that the image generation speed has become very slow. In my case, it takes an average of 10 minutes, which is more than three times longer. This is severe—it's the equivalent of the time it would take to create a 10-second video several times over. To the management: please explain the situation and the reason.
