コミュニティ記事の返信による再浮上について

I frequently use the community and find it very convenient when replies cause posts to resurface. However, I also sometimes read old posts and have things I'd like to mutter quietly that aren't worth resurfacing. In such cases, it would be helpful if there were a setting that allows the sender to choose not to bump the post. From past posts, I suspect the administration probably prefers not to have such a feature, but I offer this as one suggestion.
