create header design avoid copyright issues

I would like you to design a header. Please avoid using anything that could cause copyright issues. Incorporate motifs of a tree with red leaves, a Japanese bush warbler bird, and a flower called Shimadakiri. Please create it in a stylized manner. I would like it to be a long, horizontal image with space at the top and bottom. It should have a subtle, understated feel. Instead of leaving the center blank, please integrate the motifs throughout the entire header. Give it a slightly Western-inspired touch.
