📢 Incident Report — Lost Gallery Videos

Hi everyone,

I want to let you know about a problem I found today, and apologize for the trouble it's caused.

What happened

Videos that were submitted to the Gallery more than 30 days ago have been permanently lost. In total, this affected 30 users and 122 videos.

The cause

By default, generated images and videos are stored as drafts, and drafts are automatically deleted after 30 days. When you submit an image to the Gallery, it gets moved into permanent storage — but because of a bug in how video submissions were implemented, submitted videos were never actually moved out of draft storage. Once they reached the 30-day mark, they were deleted along with everything else.

Where things stand now

✅ The bug is fixed — newly submitted videos will be preserved properly going forward.
✅ Refunds have already been issued. For each lost video, I've refunded 5× the Credits you originally spent generating it.
