future city with four seasons zones

In the future city, there is a mechanical cage hovering above, enveloping the entire city. The city is divided into four regions in the sky, each representing a season: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. The Spring region consists of skyscrapers, the Summer region has small villas, the Autumn region features bungalows, and the Winter region is filled with thatched cottages. At the very center of the city, there is a cage-shaped building, the control center of the entire city. Everyone in the city rides flying skateboards, and each person wears a blue bracelet on their hand. On a sunny day, all the skateboarders rush towards the center.
