Two plainclothes detectives chase after the criminal, running through the city streets. They are a rumoured pair of detectives known as Tommy and Matsu, who belong to the Criminal Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fujimi Precinct.

To investigate the trading scene of illegal goods, I secretly follow them from behind. Walking down a narrow street branching off from the downtown area, the atmosphere changes, and I sense a vibe that seems to reject outsiders.

We tail them to catch the target in the act of their transaction. If you go down a back street from the bustling downtown area, the atmosphere changes, and you can feel an air that seems to reject newcomers.
