It's her! I have seen this woman IRL. This is so wicked. She was attending a wedding reception (not the bride) but she has ginger (red) hair, wore this exact dress, and I became instantly smitten. I was working, so I kept it professional and only met her beautiful eyes once... never to see her again. But it was a lasting impression.
