私もよくわからなかったので調べてみたら
「多くの人が同時にAIを使うと、サーバーがダウンしてしまいます。キュー（行列）で順番を整理することで、システムが壊れないように守っています。」とのこと。
つまり現在レンダリングにすごく時間がかかっているようなので10回だけ早めに処理してあげますよっていう機能なのではないでしょうか。間違ってたらすみません
