In the small wooden cabin, at mealtime, the snake, as usual, emerged from the hole in the fireplace of the cabin. However, an elderly farmer with white hair had already hidden beside the hole, holding an ax, ready to behead the snake when it poked its head out again. Nevertheless, the snake was very cautious, only poking its head out a little, and every time the man swung the ax, it quickly retreated back into the hole, proving that it felt guilty in its heart.
