An evil sea witch rides in a luxurious sea carriage pulled by four mermaids. The witch has an angry, expressive face, flowing hair, and a crown made of sea motifs; she holds the reins. The carriage is decorated with shells, corals, and pearls. Around her is a deep-sea realm, bubbles, glowing jellyfish, and schools of fish. Dramatic underwater lighting, bright blue-green hues, a detailed illustration for a fairy tale book. No text.
