Regarding unread notifications older than the last 20

Translated to English·

I'm a little concerned that even after marking 20 items as read, the unread count isn't going up.
Is there somewhere I can check for this?

In any case, the same goes for "likes"—once the number starts growing, there's nothing you can do about it. 😔 Once it goes over 100, it's impossible to see them all. 😔 Isn't there some more rational and better way? 🕊️

I see, so there is no way to do it. If the volume is small, it might be solvable by displaying unread items at the top, but it's hopeless once the number of items increases. Personally, I at least wish that unread comments and follows would be displayed at the top.

@たぬー

I do feel like unread comments and follows should be displayed at the top. I agree with you on that—sometimes I get paranoid thinking, "Are there notifications I'm not seeing?"

On the other hand, for "like" notifications, I tend to think, "Well, it's fine just knowing the count for now."

Like you mentioned, momo-san, currently everything is in the bell icon tab, so creating a new heart icon (like) tab to separate them also seems like quite a simple solution. 👍️

It might be difficult to balance increasing the number of tabs with the screen size on mobile devices, though🤤 it sure is a dilemma.

I don't currently have this problem, haha, because I don't have that many likes. But on other social platforms I use, comments are separated from like notifications, since those are two different types of interactions after all. 🤔

I see, so there are places that do it that way.
It's just that you don't have many works yet, momo-san, but if someone who really likes your work joins, I think you might get a lot of likes too.
