Unable to generate images

For the past two weeks, every time I try to generate a new image, an "an error occurred" message appears.

Could you share some info about what went wrong? Things like the model and prompt you used would help. One possibility is that your prompt got blocked but the page didn't show a message about it. I've already fixed that, but I'd like to see if there are still similar cases.

Hello, I am using Image V2. What is not working is that the image no longer generates unless I constantly press "refresh page."
