Regarding the voting button for new features

The "Newest" sort order is not affected by vote counts. Since the "Newest" order is based on the "time of the last reply," pressing the vote button does not affect the ranking.

On the other hand, the "Popular" sort order is based on a combination of vote counts and time.

Therefore, when you are following articles by "Newest," please rest assured that there is no need to worry about the order constantly changing due to votes!
