Complaint for unjustified automatic block (False Positive) - Request for manual unblocking

Hello,

I am contacting you to report a recurring issue of false positives in your platform's automated moderation system, which is blocking the generation of content that is perfectly compliant with the guidelines.

Specifically, the system systematically rejects the creation of female portraits when terms related to physiognomy or historical clothing (such as "voluptuous", "corset" or "hourglass figure") are used, mistakenly flagging them as violations. As proof, I have attached the prompt of one of the generated images that was blocked (and the corresponding prompt used: “A cinematic, hyper-realistic medium shot portrait of a breathtakingly beautiful Westerosi noblewoman with long flowing dark hair and striking, deep violet eyes. She has a gorgeous face, porcelain skin, and a stunning voluptuous hourglass figure. She is wearing an elegant medieval purple silk gown with a deeply contoured, fitted corset bustier...”). The image shows a noblewoman in medieval dress, fully clothed. There is no nudity, any explicit content, nor any violation of your Terms of Service or community guidelines.

Since this is a clear error of the control algorithm, I kindly ask you to:
Proceed with the manual verification and unblocking of the image and the prompt.
Report the anomaly to your technical team so that the automatic filters can be better calibrated, avoiding the censorship of standard anatomical descriptions or historical clothing.
I look forward to your feedback and to the resolution of the problem. Best regards.

This is a judgment by AI. I believe it cannot be improved. I suspect they are merely integrating and using an AI review component via an API. This is strictly my personal opinion with no basis, though... 🕊️

There might be a slight misunderstanding here. Just because you can generate an image doesn't mean those words will pass the gallery. Generating PG-13 (R-15) level content is allowed through the goodwill of the management, so you can still generate images even if some slightly sensitive words are included. However, when it comes to posting to the gallery, PG-13 posts are prohibited, so almost all sensitive words are blocked. Well, it's ultimately up to the management's discretion, though...

If what you say is true, then the vast majority of images should be censored and not allowed.

It also varies slightly depending on the language. English is a language with particularly strict regulations, but Japanese is a language with relatively less strict regulations. It has many ambiguous expressions and is a language with many words that AI cannot learn.
