I spent several days generating girls soaking in hot springs. When trying to evoke that hot spring atmosphere, the décolletage area inevitably gets exposed, leading to moderation rejections... The AI was thoughtful enough to wrap them in bath towels, but that lacked realism... So what got generated from time to time were scenes of them soaking in the hot spring facing away (from the back).
