This time I'm introducing chicken curry.
For this dish, I made it with the theme of "not overcooking," so you can really taste the sweetness of the onions, the tartness of the tomatoes, and the umami of the chicken itself.
I kept the spices subtle and adjusted it so the ingredients' flavors take center stage.
