I would like reference images to be available even without logging in.

Actually, this restriction is something I recently added on purpose. Leaving it login-free made it too easy to abuse, so I put this in place as a countermeasure.
If you don't want anyone to know about the images you've created, I think the most reliable way would be to prepare a new email address (like Gmail) that no one else knows, and log in with that to use the service.

Gmail is free, so it won't cost you any money. However, this is just one example. It is perfectly fine to create a new email address using a service you normally use, such as Yahoo! Mail. The reason I used Gmail as an example is because the site supports Gmail's easy login, and I thought using it might make logging in a bit easier for you. Of course, you can also register using LINE's easy login.
