"I want to post without logging in"

I saw an anonymous request in the gallery saying "I want to post without logging in," so let me explain a bit.

If you're talking about posting in discussions, currently logging in is required. The reason is for easier management—allowing anonymous posts would make things like spam and bot countermeasures much more troublesome. I doubt even 1% of people would cause issues, but dealing with it when it happens is really tough...
