Bug Report

An error occurs

やまびこ/yamabico
Translated to English·

Since this afternoon, whenever I try to generate images from my smartphone, after about 4 seconds it always shows "An error has occurred. Please try again." and fails to generate. If I press the generate button again immediately, a message like "Generating. Please wait a moment" appears. It seems to be generating in the background, but no results come out.

When I tried from my PC, it generates without any issues. My smartphone is Android.

I added the release date and time of the current version at the bottom of the page. You can tap it to check if it matches the latest version. If it doesn't match, a force refresh button will appear, allowing you to update from there. This operation will clear the local cache, but rest assured that your image history will remain intact. If it still doesn't resolve the issue, try clearing your browser's cache as well.

Please ensure the protection of capsule-related information when clearing the cache, as I confirmed it was cleared when I tried it before on my sub's Safari.

As the same as me. PLEASE fix it!

I've always been an Android, but I still get errors normally. If the mobile connection gets cut off mid-transmission, it causes an error. On PCs, since connections like fiber optics are stable, I think errors are less likely to occur 😀🕊️😃✌

I didn't realize there were so many errors on mobile 🤔 I'll try to improve it soon.

This is not limited to just this site. A stable internet connection is essential for image generation. 🕊️😀😃✌

Just an additional note: the error occurred when using the app version of Chrome. It might be related to compatibility issues there.
The reason I say this is because I tried using the pre-installed Samsung browser app, and it seems there are no errors with that one. For now, I'll take refuge there and use it instead 🙏

Good job

Insufficient credit?

I also couldn't create it due to an error...

Android?! I’ve never encountered it myself… Identifying the cause is really difficult.

@SNoW

What a PS5. Finding the cause might be difficult...

Won't the PSN network get congested during student vacation periods? (speculation)

I tried clearing the web browser data, and it stopped throwing errors. It seems it was an environment-dependent error. Sorry for the trouble. (´;ω;`)

I've been having problems for days; only the simplest tool works. Information or a way to inform oneself is completely missing here. Since things are constantly being,, rebuilt,, in the background, it may take a while before everything works.

Since the site is updated multiple times every day, your browser cache may remain outdated and cause issues. If something seems off, please try clearing the cache as well.

It seems to be fixed after clearing the cache and cookies of the Chrome app and restarting! Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude every day 🙏

Your recovery report is helpful. We also couldn't create it due to an error, but it was restored after clearing the cache. As for the phenomenon, even if you delete the last few images in the history, they would reappear, so it might be useful for others experiencing the same situation.

たぬー·

Addendum. If you attempt to clear the cache, please note that your history will be erased. If you have cherished images or prompt art that you hold dear, it might be a good idea to save them beforehand.

Did the message "Insufficient credits" perhaps appear because you used the edit feature? It seems that edits that consume credits consecutively do not immediately reflect the updated credit count shown above (just experienced this myself).

Fixed the issue where the credit balance was not updating on the edit page!

Thank you for the correction. By the way, I'm a beginner at posting, so sorry for not being able to use the comment tree. It's a bit hard to read, isn't it?
