Create a completely new surreal artwork inspired by the reference image, using its organic microscopic structures, branching patterns, layered textures, and visual rhythms only as a creative seed. Do not reproduce or directly imitate the reference image. A cute cellular creature. The face dominates the entire image, immense and overwhelming, emerging from deep cosmic darkness. The viewer is confronted directly with this ancient presence, as if looking at a god whose true scale is impossible to comprehend. The entity should feel simultaneously divine, alien, geological and biological. Its face is not conventionally human. Its skin, bone structure and surrounding forms appear to have developed from microscopic organic architectures, similar to the cellular structures found in cross-sections of linden wood. Do not simply cover a humanoid face with cellular textures. The microscopic structures must actually form the anatomy of the entity. Branching vascular networks, translucent membranes, interconnected cellular chambers, fibrous formations, microscopic cavities and layered organic structures naturally become the contours of the face, eyes, forehead, cheeks, neck and surrounding anatomy. Parts of the face should appear mineral, like ancient lunar rock, while other areas appear translucent, organic and almost alive. Cellular structures gradually transform into geological formations, creating an ambiguous boundary between flesh, stone, wood, mineral and cosmic matter. The entity should feel as if it is the living consciousness of the Moon itself — an ancient lunar deity revealed at an impossible scale. Its expression is calm, enigmatic and slightly unsettling. No obvious aggression.
