Steampunk mechanic girl with gears and goggles, intricate machinery, retro-futuristic city background, brass tones, detailed anime art This is "Cow-chan," a mini character that personifies the Chicago Bulls. She wears a Chicago Bulls-patterned skirt, a drawstring, a vest reminiscent of a basketball uniform, and a beret shaped like a cow's horns. On her feet, she pairs mini socks with loafers. With a smile, she places her index finger in her dimple, tilts her head adorably, and strikes a pose as if she's about to take a dance step.
