Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards for content created and shared on Muryou Aigazou ("the Platform", "we", "us"), an AI-powered image and video generation service. It supplements our Terms of Service and should be read together with it. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to all content generated, uploaded, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, in every format, including:

  • Text prompts and other inputs you submit;
  • Reference or source images you upload, such as for image-to-image editing;
  • Images and videos generated on the Platform;
  • Content you post to the public Gallery, discussions, or comments.

It binds all users of the Platform.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

You may not use the Platform to generate, upload, publish, or distribute content that falls into the following categories.

Prohibited content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit ("NSFW") material.
  • Graphic violence or gore.
  • Hate speech, or content that demeans or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors (child sexual abuse material, or "CSAM").
  • Non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation of real, identifiable people.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

Zero-tolerance violations

The following are strictly prohibited, trigger immediate action, and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • CSAM and any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for producing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting real, identifiable people.
  • Any content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Restricted content

The following is permitted only under the stated conditions:

  • Mature or suggestive imagery is permitted only within the limits enforced by the Platform.
  • Depictions of violence are permitted only where they serve a clear artistic, educational, or newsworthy purpose.
  • Politically sensitive content must not include disinformation or misleading manipulation.
  • Imagery relating to medical, legal, or financial matters must comply with applicable regulations.

Prohibited conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or demonstrably false claims.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing the intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
  • Deceptively passing AI-generated content off as human-created.
  • Bulk-generating spam or engaging in commercial deception.
  • Using "jailbreak" prompts or otherwise attempting to bypass our safety systems.
  • Automated abuse, including bot-driven bulk generation, rate-limit evasion, or scraping.

3. Content Moderation

We operate layered moderation across both the inputs to and the outputs of the Platform.

3.1 Automated moderation

  • Input filtering. Text prompts and reference images you submit are scanned in real time by the OpenAI omni-moderation API, a multimodal safety model that evaluates text and images together.
  • Output filtering. Generated images are assessed in real time by our self-hosted moderation systems built on open-source models, in combination with the OpenAI omni-moderation API.
  • Video. Generated video is reviewed through Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) Content Moderation.
  • Usage-pattern analysis. We monitor for anomalous or automated usage, including bulk generation and rate-limit evasion.

3.2 Human review

Content that is automatically flagged, and content reported by users, is reviewed by our content-moderation team through an internal review queue.

3.3 Audits

We periodically sample content and evaluate our classifiers to maintain and improve moderation quality.

4. Reporting Violations

Anyone can report content they believe violates this AUP. To help us review your report quickly, please include the link or image ID of the content, the category of violation, and a short description.

5. Reporting Channels

For urgent matters involving imminent harm or child safety, please mark your report as urgent.

6. Response Timelines

We prioritize reports by severity. Content involving child safety or an imminent risk of harm is handled immediately on an expedited basis. Other reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably practicable. Timelines may vary with report volume and complexity.

7. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning;
  • Remove or restrict access to the offending content;
  • Restrict access to certain features;
  • Suspend the account;
  • Permanently terminate the account;
  • Refer the matter to law enforcement where required or appropriate.

Account termination due to violations will result in forfeiture of all remaining Credits without refund, consistent with our Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting report@muryou-aigazou.com with the relevant details. Appeals are reviewed independently of the original decision. Certain categories, such as CSAM, are not eligible for reinstatement.

9. Transparency & Policy Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact

This AUP supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
